Our Commitment

We believe that everyone deserves equal access to our products and services. Bottl.Service strives to provide a platform that is usable by people of all abilities, including those who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or voice control software.

Our WCAG 2.1 AA Goal

Bottl.Service is actively working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, covering:

• Perceivable — content can be seen, heard, or otherwise perceived
• Operable — interface components are navigable by keyboard and other inputs
• Understandable — content and operations are clear and predictable
• Robust — content works reliably with current and future assistive technologies

We are an active and evolving platform. While we work toward full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some areas may still be in progress. We welcome feedback to help us improve.

PROOF AI — Keyboard Accessible

PROOF, our AI-powered sommelier chat assistant, is fully keyboard accessible. You can open the chat panel, navigate between prompt suggestions, type a message, and close the panel without requiring a mouse or touch input. The PROOF interface uses standard focus management and ARIA attributes to support screen reader compatibility.
